The Coaching Structure
Before any individual or organization begins to consider the implementation of Coaching/mentoring or training a clear outcome must be determined therefore the initial session is purely to evaluate. This will provide a focal point and the approach to be adopted. It is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, determine the desired outcome and to establish a good foundation upon which to work. Only with this in place an assignment is undertaken.
One 2 One structured Coaching -Group Coaching-One 2 One freestyle Coaching
The structured program can be shaped for corporate executives or private entrepreneurs and consists of 12 sessions which starts off by defining where you are and where you want to be and planning the action steps which you will choose, to take you there. This Program will give you the mindset for success in whatever area you desire and take you through the process of change and personal development. You will learn how to live a more fulfilled life, the life that you want to live and not the one that you are expected to live up to. Remove the mask of cognitive dissonance and be the true you, live according to your own values. The 12 sessions build on each other strategically which lead to the goals that you will set in our first session. The delivery of one to one sessions is generally over the phone or with a similar method of communication. The reasons for this is convenience….no traveling, which saves valuable time and travel expenses. You can be in your own space anywhere in the world and still receive your coaching, if support is needed between sessions just pick up the phone and your coach is right there to help you.
Group Coaching, with this method the group gets feedback from each other and can learn from each other through the combined knowledge base of the group which can accelerate the organizational or personal initiatives. As a result, the sessions are positively impacted. This method is especially effective for organizations which have divisions in various locations; their staff can join a conference call from any geographic location and synchronies to receive the same information at the same time from the same source.
There are times when face to face coaching is required and is implemented when appropriate.
Free Style coaching, this method is as it suggests and is especially beneficial after the client has had some previous exposure to the structured program; it has a less rigid structure and follows a more fluid form. A minimum of four sessions is booked and delivery is made within a given time which is agreed upon, thereafter sessions can be booked as appropriate.
Confidentiality: At all times the confidentiality of the client will be respected and no information will be divulged.
